ROOMING-IN PRACTICES AND SATISFACTION WITH CARE ACCORDING TO DISCHARGE ON EXCLUSIVE BREASTFEEDING

ABSTRACT Objective: to describe the practices that favor breastfeeding performed in Rooming-In area and satisfaction with care received according discharge on exclusive breastfeeding. Method: a quantitative study conducted between July 2020 September 2021 maternity teaching hospital from southern Brazil; total of 756 puerperal women participated by means an online questionnaire 20 days after discharge. The data were analyzed descriptive way absolute relative frequencies, chi-square test was applied verify any statistical difference “discharge breastfeeding” outcome.
